拉斯维加斯2024年6月6日 /美通社/ -- 美食界今晚齐聚美国拉斯维加斯，庆祝和表彰由 S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna 赞助的 The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2024，而由 Oriol Castro、Eduard Xatruch 和 Mateu Casañas 这三位技艺高超大厨搭档主理的巴塞罗那Disfrutar 餐厅被评为了 The World's Best Restaurant。颁奖典礼在 Wynn Las Vegas 举行，旨在表彰来自五大洲 26 个地区的美食才俊。

在 2023 年排名 No.2 的 Disfrutar 以现代化技术和精美食材而闻名，致力于以令人耳目一新的方式颠覆传统的奢华餐饮体验。其品鉴菜单展示了融合了前卫风味的地中海特色，打造出大胆的现代美食，既富有思想性又具备趣味性。紧随 Disfrutar 之后的是阿特克松多的Asador Etxebarri(No.2) 和巴黎的 Table by Bruno Verjus(No.3)。
